Cape Fear Volleyball, Inc

 2011-2012 Price:  $950

Cape Fear VBC offers a variety of programs with a range of costs, travel, practices, and expectations. Prices vary with the program and what each offers. Please read through the list below and find the program that fits your needs.

National teams will travel to 1 National Qualifier, 1 mid-size “Out-of-Region” tournament, and up to 5 Regional  tournaments. The National Qualifier will be “Big South” in Atlanta , with the Mid-Major being planned for the Monument City Classic in Richmond Va. Both of these tournaments are 3 day festival formats. The National Program will have 2 practices a week.

National Program

2011-2012 Price: $550

Regional Teams will participate in 5-7 in-Region tournaments, depending on scheduling and location.  Teams will practice once a week, including tournament weeks. Practices will generally be on Sundays at Hoggard or North Brunswick.

Regional Program

2011-2012 Price: $300

Our Developmental Program is for ages 8-12, and generally practices Sunday only from 3-5 at Hoggard (occasional practices at North Brunswick and/or other times are possible).  They will have a series of in-house tournaments with one short away tournament on a Sunday afternoon.. This program is instructional, not competitive.

“Dev/Pro”     Developmental Program

Price: $225

 

The Practice Program is for those players who choose not to travel. They are able to attend practice sessions, but do not participate in USAV tournaments. Depending upon the number, ages, skill levels, practice players will be assigned to an age appropriate teams.

Practice Program 

Our Elite Program is a sub-set of the National Programs. This will be a group of highly motivated players that will pull from the National Teams and travel to additional tournaments such as the AAU Nationals in Orlando and other National Qualifiers. This program will by invitation and will include an additional practice per week. Costs will in addition to the National fees, and will be based upon tournaments chosen. This season will run until early June (AAU’s). We hope to offer this program at 2 age levels, 15-17’s and 13-15’s, but final determination will be based upon player interest. Coaches will be chosen from those most qualified.
