Fees and Payment Schedule for 2011-2012 Season

 

2011-2012 fees are posted below. Compared to 2010-11, National fees are lower, others increased minimally. Elite fees will be dependant upon tournaments.

Cape Fear Volleyball, Inc

The following CFV items are available for purchase.

 

CFV Practice T’s. This is the teal T-shirt that the players are expected to wear during practice on Sunday. Each player received a T-shirt during Try-Outs. Additional T’s can be purchased at any time for $10. We will have Parent sizes as well. (same price).

 

2011-2012 Warm-Up Orders were taken through December 4th. You may still order them directly from GTM Sportswear at www.gtmsportswar.com. Ask for the Challenger model and  specify the Cape Fear VBC colors (Black, Teal and White). You will have to pay their prices. You can get personalization done with GTM, or have it done locally (Digitarus Screen Printing).

CFV Warm-Ups. Our Warm-Up package includes warm-up jacket, pant and CFV logo backpack or Duffel Bag.. Purchase is voluntary and can be any combination of the four items.

CFV T-Shirts  You can purchase one of the Teal T-shirts at any time. Price is $10 and we currently have Youth M, Youth XL, Adult S, M, L, XL.

 

CFV Teal Polos for parents. Due to several of you wanting a “Parents” shirt, I have ordered some Teal polos with our club logo on them. Price is $ 20.

 

CFV Hoodies:  We now have CFV Hoodies with the CFV palm-tree logo embroidered on them. Available in ash gray with the logo on the left chest. Looks pretty good. Cost will be $25 for sizes Adult Small to XL. XXL may cost a little more. Orders for these can be placed with Lisa at Digitarus Screen Designs. Allow about a week for printing.

 

· Payments may be spread over 3 months, however, players must stay current in order to be allowed to participate. This is true for both Practices and Tournaments. This will be enforced this season.

· All payments should be made out to Cape Fear VBC.

· PLEASE BE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT, particularly if paying with CASH.

· For families with multiple players, you may reduce the second player (lower cost player) total by 5%.

· Generally, payments are made at practices, but you may mail the payment to 3500 Whispering Pines Ct, Wilmington NC 28409. Please ask for a receipt at the next practice assuming time for me to receive the payment.

· Returned checks will be charged an additional $25.

· Payment Due Dates are posted in the box above.

· Payment in full by Dec. 4th for a reduced total.
